Founded by John Wilson in 2016, Honest Air L.L.C. is a full-service heating and air conditioning company with one goal in mind: always do the right thing!
After five years as an active-duty Marine, John started his career in the HVAC industry in 2007, starting as an apprentice for Alan’s Air of Scottsdale, AZ. After working in the field and learning hands-on, he attended Gateway College, earning his certification in 2009.

Four years later, he was hired on by a national company in North Carolina, where he spent the next three years perfecting his craft. His hard work and dedication led him to realize his own goal of establishing an honest company that would benefit more by helping people instead of focusing on the bottom line! With that in mind, he joined forces with Nick Baxley. Nick graduated from Fayetteville Tech with his HVAC certifications in 2011 and has been proudly providing top-tier heating and air conditioning service to Fayetteville residents ever since!

Since combining forces in 2016, John and Nick have been able to build a loyal client base because they continue to operate by the goal they set on the day they opened the doors: always do the right thing.
